Dedicated to Artie Belt, my Dad.
Let’s start with a quick introduction to who my Dad is, from the experiences I had growing up…
He was always there for me and our family while I was growing up. He taught me the meaning of hard work, dedication, being there for people you love is the most important, make a choice and then put everything into it, and that life is what you make it.
My Dad was the cool dad as he picked me up from practices rocking to metal, had genuine relationships with my friends, and took things in stride with a smile followed by a lesson about life. He worked so hard in a factory and worked overtime to buy me the baseball and other sports equipment I needed, and our family always had more than we needed. He would be so excited to surprise my Mom with a new gift he bought for her and always made time to work on house projects to improve our home as he balanced his work schedule with family demands.
He is a simple man, in his words ‘no BS’ and ‘I am who I am’ sort of man, but most improtant thing he was for all of us is a provider, and person that sacrifices his body, mind, and well being for years so we had what we wanted and he could look on with pride.
Thanks Dad for always being there and for showing me how to work hard, play hard, and be a good dude.
Love, JB
Pictures and Memories over the years…..
In this picture below, Dad is holding me just after my first year. Notice his hands are wrapped? This is from the first of a few hand surgeries he endured due to his factory job slinging molten bars of alloy day in and day out.

In the picture to the right, Dad is holding my daughter Sophia 40 years later. He is always so proud of his family and the first thing he would ask for is some hugs!

Above, is a picture of Dad and all of his grandkids. Dad always wants a picture with all of them any chance he gets and that makes us all smile.
Below is a gallery of pictures showing Dad with family and friends making memories.
